Is-sinjal għal TISMA’ L-MUŻIKA għandu żewġ partijiet. L-ewwel, il-werrej ta’ id waħda jteptep ħafif darbtejn fuq il-ħadd. Imbagħad, iż-żewġt idejn, qrib ta’ xulxin quddiem is-sider, jieħdu l-istess forma ta’ 1, bil-pala tħares ’l isfel u bil-werrejja jippuntaw lejn xulxin. Il-werrejja jitbiegħdu ftit, joħorġu ftit lejn il-ġenb f’ linja kkurvata u jippuntaw ’il quddiem, u jerġgħu lura qrib xulxin bl-istess mod. Dan il-moviment ifakkar f’dak tas-surmast tal-orkestra.
The sign for LISTENING TO MUSIC has two parts. First, the index finger of one hand taps lightly twice on the cheek. Then, both hands, close to each other in front of the chest, take the same form of 1, with palms facing downwards and index fingers pointing towards each other. The index fingers then move apart a little towards the side in a curved line and point forwards, then move back in the same way. This movement reminds one of that of the orchestra conductor.
